Leading in the eye of the storm
Private, public and third sector leaders across the Island are being invited to attend an event sponsored by Collas Crill examining how leaders make critical decisions during periods of disruption, uncertainty and crisis.
The upcoming Leaders Lunch: Leading in the Eye of the Storm will bring together aspiring leaders, senior decision-makers, directors and board members for a candid discussion on leadership performance when stakes are highest. The session will focus on real-world experience rather than theory, providing practical insight into judgement, accountability, risk, and communication under pressure whilst ensuring that governance principles are followed.
The event will feature a panel of experienced leaders sharing lessons drawn from operational emergencies, organisational crises and complex strategic environments. Attendees will gain insight into strategies that can be applied across commercial, governmental and regulated sectors.
