Leadership Conference
Managers and leaders from a diverse range of organisations are invited to join the first of an anticipated series of conferences, exploring what makes for excellent leadership.
This will be an interactive day with Phil Eyre, Kareena Hodgson and Nicole Le Goupillot – the Leaders team – who will each bring their experiences and insights to the conference.
The event will comprise of a blend of talks, roundtable discussions and workshop style exercises to apply the ideas to the real-life workplace scenarios faced by attendees. It will centre around the three foundations of excellent leadership: a living legacy mindset, authentic trust and moral courage.
The conference is designed for anyone in a management role, leadership position, Next Gen or generally interested in what makes for excellent leadership in business, charity or government organisations.
