Join us for this session where the Design Council will introduce you to Systemic Design and start working together on applying practical tools to real-life business challenges.

Most organisations are skilled at addressing immediate symptoms but find that the same problems keep returning. Some of the most effective organisations take a broader view – understanding the whole system and the root causes, not just individual parts.

Systemic design offers a structured way to support leaders in untangling complex challenges. It helps you step back, see how things connect, uncover hidden dependencies, and make more informed decisions that lead to lasting impact.

In this Design Council workshop, we create space to reflect and see the bigger picture. We’ll introduce our proven Double Diamond framework before exploring how systemic design thinking can be applied in practice. You’ll learn how to navigate complexity and identify the areas where change can make the greatest difference.
