To address the UK’s declining productivity levels, an advance in management practice, Operational Coaching® was proven effective after the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy selected the approach for a large-scale, randomised controlled trial conducted by the London School of Economics (LSE).
The study assessed the impact of an innovative learning intervention pursued by managers in 40 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) drawn from 14 sectors across England. The strongly positive and robust results established by the study were published in March 2023 and have been generating significant interest ever since.
