Half Term Art Club

The Harbour Gallery Jersey is hosting a week of creative workshops for children aged six to 13 during the October half term, from Monday 26 to Friday 30 October.

Organised by the Art in the Frame Foundation, the programme includes a variety of Halloween-themed activities alongside sewing, painting, weaving and craft workshops, led by a team of local artists and tutors.

Children can create Halloween lanterns, spooky window decorations, potion bottles, haunted houses and 3D ghost portraits. Other activities include designing cushions, sewing bags and hairbands, making miniature tapestries and creating imaginary creatures and solar systems.

Morning sessions run from 10am to midday, with afternoon workshops from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Some sessions offer different activities running simultaneously, giving children a choice of workshops suited to their ages and interests.

Workshops cost £20 per session, including all materials, and each child will receive a free pack of drawing pencils and a sketchbook. Parents are welcome to stay with younger children.
