Guernsey Air Display: Meet the pilots
All the aircraft from the Guernsey Air Display (with the exception of the Red Arrows and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight) will be attending the Meet the Pilots event on Wednesday 12 June, on the East Apron at the airport from 2-5pm.
The event continues to be supported by Ravenscroft and is a great opportunity to get up close to the aircraft and speak to the pilots and crew.
Mark Bousfield, group managing director of Ravenscoft said: “Meet the Pilots is a lovely afternoon for aviation fans of all ages and we had no hesitation in sponsoring it again as part of Ravenscroft’s support of the Guernsey Air Display, which is a highlight of the island’s event calendar.
”The team behind the display does a fantastic job in raising the funds, securing the planes and making it all happen. We always see hundreds of people coming along to Meet the Pilots and as this was the last day of the summer holidays, we were delighted how popular the event was, and how much money we were able to raise to help ensure that the Air Display continues for many years to come.”
