Graduate and Young Professional Fair 2024

Aimed at graduates and young professionals looking to take their first or next career steps in the Isle of Man, the Graduate and Young Professional Fair, sponsored by Zurich on the Isle of Man, will take place at the Comis Golf Club on 27 March 2024.

The annual event, now in its fourth year and hosted by Locate Isle of Man, part of the Department for Enterprise, will highlight the broad and diverse employment opportunities available for individuals living in the Isle of Man, and those who may be considering relocating or returning to the Island.

In 2023, the popular event saw attendance from over 300 delegates and 50 participating businesses. In a post-event survey, 78% of attendee respondents stated they were now more aware of the opportunities available as a result of the event, with 50% of attendee respondents reporting they were more likely to seek permanent employment in the Isle of Man, as a direct result of the attending.

The event will feature representation from businesses across a range of sectors including technology, finance and professional services, manufacturing and engineering, construction, biotech, hospitality and healthcare, as well as a number of the Island’s recruitment agencies.

In addition to the diverse representation from various sectors, the fair will include interactive workshops and panel discussions, providing insights into the skills in demand, emerging roles of tomorrow and the benefits of living and working in the Isle of Man. Attendees will also receive practical advice and insights relating to career and soft skills development, as well as strategies for successful job hunting in today’s competitive market.
