The panel will examine the recent GFSC consultation paper, highlighting its principal themes and the broader strategic direction for digital finance within the jurisdiction.

Discussion will also focus on the industry feedback received so far, including emerging views and areas of interest raised by stakeholders. Drawing on developments in other jurisdictions and wider market trends, the session will consider where the most significant opportunities may lie for Guernsey as it continues to shape its digital finance proposition and competitive positioning.
