Future Home event
Property experts will be offering free advice on how to future proof your home at a drop in session.
Architectural practice The Drawing Room, renewables firm The Little Green Energy Company and estate agents Savills have teamed up to answer questions on a range of topics.
The Future Home Event is being held between 9am and 1pm on Saturday, 14 September at the Savills offices in Royal Terrace.
There will be an opportunity for people to drop by and learn more about renewable energy installations, speak to architectural specialists and enquire about having their home valued.
Tom Bourgaize, director at Drawing Room, said he and fellow director Rachel Rogers were excited to have an opportunity to share their expertise: “Whether you’re considering a renovation, extension, or eco-friendly upgrade, we can discuss how meaningful architectural design can enhance your lifestyle and transform your home into a sustainable, flexible and timeless space,” he said.
Nick Paluch, director in the residential sales team at Savills Guernsey, added: “We’re now starting to see more activity in the property market and it’s natural that people may have a few questions about what could lie ahead. Refreshments will be provided, so do stop by and say hello.”
