is it ok to say

Focus HR seminar: Is it ok to say?

With the new Guernsey Equality Ordinance coming into effect later this year, our clients are already asking us questions about what it all means. Common questions relate to whether it will still be okay to share a joke at work? Is it possible to discuss cultural backgrounds and to talk about and celebrate each other’s festivals?

We are offering employers, business leaders and HR managers the opportunity to join us for a short session at which our training partner, Paul Beard, will start to help us consider what we can and what we can’t say! We will have time for questions and explain how Focus can work with you to minimise your risks and ensure a great start to what is, undoubtedly, a new era for equality legislation in Guernsey.

The seminar is taking place at 1857 Sports Lounge & Bistro at Kings Premier Health Club on 4th April 2023. Aim to arrive for 8:00am, help yourself to the breakfast options provided and be seated ready for the seminar to start at 8:15am.
