Yuletide plans are afoot at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa as the team prepare to host their first ever Christmas market.

The Grand Suite at the AA Five Star hotel in St Helier will be transformed for the special shopping event on Wednesday 6th December.

Shoppers can soak up the atmosphere and browse the stalls overflowing with handmade crafts, many made by local artisans and unique gifts for Christmas, including candles, diffusers, pottery, jewellery and ceramics.

There’s even the opportunity to pick out a Christmas party outfit thanks to Jersey Hospice Care’s pre-loved designer clothing and accessories stall.

Take a break with some tasty treats such as turkey sliders and mulled wine and then indulge in some festive fayre created by Grand Jersey’s talented chef Nic Valmagna, with funds going towards Grand Jersey’s charity of choice Brighter Futures.

Commenting on the event, Tim O’Sullivan General Manager said: “We’re delighted to be hosting this special Christmas market and spreading some seasonal cheer with the help of our specially selected exhibitors. We promise they’ll be plenty of present ideas here, even for the trickiest person to buy for!”
