We’ve all met one at some point in our careers; the evasive, dishonest or manipulative colleague (sometimes all three in one person)! This short breakfast session explores the behaviours to look out for, early actions to prevent escalation and how to manage when it becomes apparent things are going seriously wrong. We’ll take a look at some real life examples and what worked and what didn’t. We’ll consider the impacts on workplace teams and managers (they can be exhausting) and we’ll also consider what to do when our dishonest/manipulative colleague attempts weaponise the law and your policies against you.
