- Crispian Riley-Smith: Crispian is the founder and owner of Art Advisory Group, which is a one-stop shop for art consultancy and asset management services. His mission is to help clients navigate the complex and often intimidating art market, whether they want to buy, sell, value, or care for their art and collectables. He has worked in the auction market for over 3 decades, and his core expertise is Master Drawings. He has worked as a specialist for the leading auction houses, including Christie’s, Sotheby’s, Philips and Bonhams and has for the last 2 decades worked as an independent dealer in Master Drawings. He founded Master Drawings London (2001), now London Art Week and Master Drawings New York (2006).
- Tim Corfield: Tim established Corfield Morris some 20 years ago with Daniel Morris a former Sotheby’s director. He is an acknowledged authority on antiques, his connoisseurship established over thirty years of independent consultancy. Having qualified as an engineer, Tim spent nine years in the army before starting up his own firm specialising consulting on the finest antiques. Corfield Morris hold the current world record for a piece of English furniture (£3.8m) when they acquired a Chippendale Commode for a client. As an expert, Tim has been commissioned to curate, manage and in some cases disburse, a number of significant private collections in the UK and the US.
