Discover St Helier guided walk – find out about the events that shaped Jersey’s history
Every Sunday morning, one of our guides will be leading a town guided walk for 1.5 hours, leaving Liberation Square at 10:30.
Titled ‘Discover St Helier’ – as well as giving some new insights into the town for the locals, it will be an ideal introduction to Jersey for visitors.
With their unique insights, our guide will take you on a journey beginning at the end of the last ice-age, some 6,000 years ago when Jersey became an Island. You will learn about the people, see some of the iconic sites of St Helier and hear about the events that have helped shape Jersey’s history, making it the modern, bustling and multicultural island it is today.
Tickets £10, although you can book, you can just turn up.
