Develop Claude Skills for your business

Digital Jersey will host a focused one-hour session, Develop Claude Skills for Your Business, on Thursday, 7 May 2026, from 13:00 to 14:00 at the Digital Jersey Hub Academy.

Led by AI educator and consultant Nikki Anderson, the session offers a practical introduction to one of the most powerful but underused capabilities in AI today, Claude Skills.

While many businesses use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as simple Q&A engines, few are realising their full potential. This session will show participants how to go beyond basic prompting and transform Claude into a tailored business specialist, one that already understands your processes, tone, and standards before you even start typing.

Attendees will learn what Claude Skills are, how they work, and how to create their first custom Skill in under ten minutes. Through live demonstrations and real business examples, Nikki will show how organisations can use Skills to streamline operations, improve marketing efficiency, and save hours each week across core business functions.

This session is aimed at business owners, operators, and professionals in Jersey who are already using AI tools, or know they should be, but aren’t getting the results they expected.
