Democracy Week: Introduction to Jersey politics
As part of Democracy Week 2023, we are putting on an ‘Introduction to Jersey Politics’; an evening event held at Jersey Library to shed light on how Jersey’s political system functions.
From voting in elections, to the different types of States Member, and everything in between, this will be a relaxed and educational event during which Molly Gladwin, Education Manager at the States Greffe, will share her knowledge about Island politics.
If you’ve never been taught how it all works, have recently moved to the Island, or have faced confusion about how to engage with Jersey’s democracy, please join us to have your questions answered.
This event is aimed at adults, though all ages are welcome.
