Cyber Security (Jersey) Law – OES briefing

A briefing to support OES to understand the requirements of the Cyber Law, and how JCSC can support you.

This event is designed for organisations that are classified – or believe they will classified – as Operators of Essential Services (OES) under the Cyber Security (Jersey) Law 2026.

From 1 December 2026, organisations that are designated as OES will be required to comply with the Cyber Law. This includes taking appropriate cyber security steps, registering as an OES, and reporting significant incidents.

During this session, we will outline:

  • What steps OES needto take under the Law
  • How OES should prepare for the Law
  • What will change on December 1 (and what won’t)
  • How JCSC can support you

Please note that you can attend these sessions in person or online. Please select your attendance preference when selecting your tickets.
