Conversations for Christmas: Actively Supporting Men’s Mental Health

Christmas can be a magical time, but for many it is a time when mental health issues can be magnified with the added financial and emotional strains of the season.

You don’t need to be on your own to feel the burden with a recent survey highlighting that 54% of people are concerned about the mental health of someone they know at Christmas. Men in particular face the additional pressures of social stigma when it comes to asking for help or talking openly about their struggles.

Join us for an honest and open conversation about men’s mental health, from men with lived experience and local Channel Islands’ charity Man Club, who support men through times of difficulty. The event is open to all, but why not bring a male friend along with you?
