Communities of Practice: Tax in the Digital Space
Equiom Tax Services Limited, a local multidisciplinary tax practise will be providing a high-level overview of the IoM’s Economic Substance legislation with a focus on the tax implications of IoM companies holding IP assets.
Open discussion sharing best practise experiences regarding the Economic Substance legislation and importantly providing insight when dealings with the Income Tax Division in respect of the challenges facing companies within scope of the legislation as an IP company.
Suggestions for further tax topic discussions will also be considered on the day, helping frame a go forward agenda in relation to tax in the digital space.
