Citywealth Forum

Citywealth, a media and events company for the global wealth management industry founded in 2005, will be holding its fourth annual Forum on 14th May 2024.

These full day events are devoted to debates by thought leaders around topics affecting the wealth management industry in a geopolitical context.

The forum will cover an array of topics including AI, ethical investments, trusts, private debt, litigation, taxation & politics.

The event will feature prominent speakers from the Islands. Joe Moynihan, CEO of Jersey Finance, will be joining Rupert Pleasant, CE of Guernsey Finance and Michael Crowe, CEO of Finance Isle of Man, to give an update on these offshore territories while debating the subject of safe jurisdictions.

Other speakers include James Campbell, partner at law firm Ogier, Jersey, who’ll be speaking on the topic of trusts and the impact of longer lives on  multigenerational succession.

Rob Stewart, fund manager at Melville Douglas, Jersey, will be joining HSH Prince Michael of Lichtenstein – executive chairman of leading trust company Industry & Finanzkontor and member of the illustrious Princely House of Lichtenstein – in a debate about ethical investments.

The event will be opened by chair Joshua Rubenstein, attorney and partner at law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman, New York City, and closed by the RT Hon Sir Graham Brady MP, chairman of the 1922 Committee, who will give an overview of the political scene and recent turmoil with some references to the theme of the day.

The forum will be moderated by Karen Jones, founder and CEO of Citywealth, and David Cracknell, founder of Big Tent Communications PR agency.
