CIFO annual stakeholder meeting and presentation of 2024 Annual Report
Please join us at our Annual Stakeholder Meeting to mark the publication of CIFO’s 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements.
This is an opportunity to hear from our Chair, Antony Townsend, and to ask questions of our Board and the Principal Ombudsman.
Our Chair will share the highlights from our 2024 Annual Report, and give you an overview of what CIFO is seeing as new emerging complaint issues and what are CIFO Board’s objectives for 2025. After the Chair’s presentation, there will be a Q&A panel session.

Please be advised that due to time constraints not all questions may be answered during the meeting. Our office will follow up on any questions we were not able to get to after the event.
