Keynote Speaker:
Paul Roberts OBE, Chief Executive of LGBT+ Consortium, has over 25 years’ experience in the LGBT+ voluntary sector. He leads 16 staff and supports 725+ member organisations, specialising in community and infrastructure development. Paul is recognised for his collaborative approach, engaging a range of external stakeholders—including government, funders, and broader voluntary sector organisations—adopting a participative and intersectional approach.
Also speaking are Deputy Bailiff Jessica Roland and Deputy Lindsay De Sausmarez, President of Policy & Resources.
