Celebrating neurodiversity in the workplace

WorkHealth (CI) Ltd partners with the UKs leading neurodiversity consultancy Lexxic Ltd to offer specialist neurodiversity services to Jersey businesses and their employees.

March 21st – 27th 2022 marks the 5th year of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD.

WorkHealth (CI) Ltd are proud to mark the event on 18th March with the launch of our new relationship with Lexxic Ltd, the UKs leading specialist psychology consultancy for neurodiversity in the workplace.

Dr Chris Edmond (pictured), Medical Director of WorkHealth, will be hosting a celebration of Neurodiversity in the Workplace at the launch event, which takes place at the Santander Work Café on 18th March at 2pm.

Dr Edmond is delighted to be joined at the event by Charlotte Valeur, former Investment banker and a seasoned FTSE Chair, Non-Executive Director and Corporate Governance expert. A lifelong human rights advocate, Charlotte is driven to play her part in creating an inclusive society; being diagnosed as autistic at 52, she began advocating around Neurodiversity equality and inclusion, working at the intersection of Government, Industry and the Third Sector. She is the Chair and founder of the Institute of Neurodiversity ION. She is also Chair and founder of Board Apprentice working for equality and diversity in board rooms globally.

They will be joined by video-link at the event by Aidan Healy, CEO of Lexxic Ltd. Lexxic is a specialist psychology consultancy focussed wholly on neurodiversity in the workplace. Lexxic believe that all minds belong, with a mission to inspire a working world that supports and values the talents of neurodivergent minds, empowering individuals to be their best selves at work.
