Annual Conference 2026

STEP Guernsey’s flagship event allows delegates to meet, network and gain important knowledge and technical updates from outstanding speakers in the industry. Delegates will gain valuable CPD points whilst learning from industry experts about a broad range of relevant and current topics.

For 2026, the event is entitled Trust in Transition, Navigating Change in a Shifting World. Speakers will explore the evolving nature of the industry in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing global landscape as technological innovation, regulatory shifts and geopolitical uncertainty continue to pose challenges.

Delegates will gain valuable insights into emerging trends, practical strategies for navigating uncertainty, and the tools needed to foster trust in a world where expectations are constantly shifting.

The 2026 Conference will be held Thursday 11th June, commencing with a networking breakfast in the Concourse, followed by the main event in the David Ferguson Hall at Beau Sejour, Amherst, St Peter Port, Guernsey.
