An Introduction to Guernsey’s ICCs and PCCs
GIFA warmly extends the invitation to register for this event, which is aimed at new starters within the industry, trainees and junior staff and which encourages learning and professional development whilst networking with peers in a relaxed environment.
Presented by Amy Williamson (Mourant) and Ben Snook (Apex), join us for a short, practical session on Guernsey’s Incorporated Cell Companies (ICCs) and Protected Cell Companies (PCCs).
Our speakers will provide a clear overview of how cellular structures operate, outline the key differences between ICCs and PCCs, and explain their advantages for fund formation, restructuring and asset ring‑fencing.
The seminar will highlight the core legal, governance and operational considerations, giving attendees a streamlined understanding of when and how these structures can be used effectively within modern fund platforms.
The event will begin with a 45-minute presentation, after which attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers and direct any questions to the speakers in a relaxed, casual environment.
Complimentary pizzas (with special dietary options) and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be provided.
