An Evening With Jason Fox
Rock2Recovery is a community interest company that has been supporting Jersey residents, including serving and veteran members of the armed forces, blue light services personnel, and their families, who are facing difficulties. Their mission is to provide life-changing coaching and support, helping people to regain control, find purpose, and build a more positive future.
On Friday 17 July, Rock2Recovery is hosting an evening with Jason Fox, a former Royal Marine Commando and UK Special Forces Sergeant who served for over 20 years before being medically discharged with PTSD. Since then, he has co-founded Rock2Recovery, become one of the longest-serving instructors on Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, and authored four books, including the Sunday Times bestselling memoir Battle Scars, on resilience, mental health, and performance under pressure.
But what makes his talk so powerful isn’t the military career. It’s what came after, and how he learned as much from his lowest moments as from his highest. This is an evening about resilience, leadership, and performance under pressure, told by someone who has genuinely lived it.
This is not a typical after-dinner speaker event. Jason’s talk draws directly on his experience of rebuilding his life after his darkest hour, translating that journey into powerful, practical insights on leadership, team resilience, and navigating high-pressure environments. These are themes that resonate deeply with many people within Jersey.
