A practical guide to Case Centre in the Civil Courts

We are starting off our 2025 seminar series on 5 February 2025 with an exciting topic relevant to all legal practitioners, namely the new Case Centre platform which will come into operation from 14 February 2025.

We are privileged to be joined by the Principal Deputy Greffier of the Royal Court, Mr Laurence Hill-Tout, who will provide attendees with a training session on the Case Centre platform, followed by a practical presentation of how the Case Centre platform will be practically implemented in a trial or a hearing setting.

Since all new civil matters issued from 14 February 2025, will be obligated to make use of the Case Centre platform (whether it is for purposes of filing pleadings, preparing for hearings or presenting matters in Court), and given the importance for all legal practitioners to know how to use the Case Centre platform, we are inviting both members and non-members to attend. It is a golden opportunity not to be missed.
