Liberation Day is fast approaching and in 2021 we celebrate 76 years of freedom for our island and its people.
Returning this year on Liberation weekend is the much loved Lib Stream which debuted last year from the top balcony of Fort Regent, with views stretching across St Helier and the soundtrack provided by some of the island’s finest DJs and performers.
This year, things are being taken up a notch as Lib Stream will be coming live and direct from Jersey’s Mont Orgueil Castle, Gorey, with views across the waters to France. It is being held on Saturday 8th May in one of Jersey’s most stunning locations.
‘Lib Stream’ 2021 will once again feature the brilliant Moya(Star of ITV’s The Voice 2019) providing guest vocals for our incredible lineup of local DJs that includes the likes of Warren Le Sueur, Si Gasston, DJ Lora (International touring DJ), Craig Alder and Colin Moore, all under the spectacular Gorey skyline.
Listen to the best music against a dramatic backdrop of the superbly lit Castle walls. We may not be able to enjoy ‘normal physical’ club events or festivals just yet, but we aim to bring that to you over the web, straight to your screens, until we can all dance together in person.
