Equiom Group has announced the appointments of Mark Lindsay as Head of Employee Retirement & Reward Services, and Natalie McGinness as Director within the Employee Retirement & Reward Services team.
In their new roles, Mark and Natalie will work closely with the firm’s specialist trustee and administration teams across the group, leading the strategic development, delivery, and implementation of high-quality retirement and reward solutions tailored for multinational employers.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Mark brings a wealth of experience in international pensions, employee benefits, savings plans, and share schemes. As a qualified solicitor and seasoned trustee, he has supported multinational organisations across the Channel Islands, Europe, the UAE, Asia, and the Americas. His appointment will focus on driving the global strategy and aligning best practices across the group.

With a career in employee reward services since 2008, Natalie brings significant expertise in the development, implementation, and sale of international employee compensation and incentive plans. She has led major innovation projects, including the delivery of online platforms for share plan administration, with particular focus on management incentive structures, and will play a key role in service enhancement, operational excellence, and regulatory oversight.
