The move makes EPIC Private Equity (EPE) Administration, a privately owned business, a full-service vertically integrated fund provider offering the full range of management, advisory, placement, financial and administration functions to multi-jurisdictional open and closed ended funds and promoters.
EPE identified a strong Guernsey management team as essential to achieving its strategic ambitions. The local management team consists of Jason Le Roux as Managing Director, David Dorey as Head of Alternative Funds and Haley Camp as Governance, Risk and Compliance Director; all are well-known within the industry and have a wealth of experience and expertise across a broad range of fund structures and strategies.
Hiren Patel, Managing Partner of EPE, said: “Guernsey’s reputation as a specialist funds centre is firmly established. We have long wanted to grow our foothold in the jurisdiction and have found a business and team worthy of significant investment to complement our existing global capabilities and global team in offering a more comprehensive service while retaining our flexible, client-focussed approach.
“This launch shows that we’re fully invested in and committed to Guernsey. EPE was founded on the principle of going above and beyond for our clients and this acquisition absolutely meets that ambition. We’re really excited for what the future holds”.
Jason Le Roux, Managing Director of EPEA Fund Services, Guernsey, said: “This is a pivotal move for our highly skilled team that allows us to go forward and broaden our service offering and be part of an organisation that adds immense value to investors, managers and promotors. We are very much looking forward to the future as part of the EPE Group”.
