Ports of Jersey is reminding departing air passengers to allow longer than usual for their journey through Jersey Airport over the coming days as the ‘Easter get away’ begins.
Between Thursday 29 March and Monday 02 April, almost 21,500 passengers are expected to travel in and out of the Airport and with a high number of flights, this can create larger than usual volumes of passengers; therefore, sufficient time should be allowed for passengers checking in hold luggage and clearing central security.
Passengers who need to book special assistance with their journey must contact their airline prior to travelling to the Airport. As always, flight status update will be available to view online at jerseyairport.com
Chocolate Easter Eggs are permitted in hand luggage – but may be subject to security screening and shouldn’t contain liquids.
