Building on the scope of its global capabilities, Duff & Phelps has announced a change of name to Kroll.
Kroll was acquired by Duff & Phelps in 2018 and since then, the two organisations have worked closely to integrate their global offering and thus strengthen the range of services available. By unifying under the Kroll name, the firm is presenting the full suite of services and offers a cohesive approach to delivering solutions to the market, including their wide-ranging clients in the Channel Islands.
An independent advisory firm with nearly 5,000 professionals in 30 countries and territories around the world, Kroll specialises in the areas of valuation, expert services, investigations, cyber risk, corporate finance, security, restructuring, legal and business solutions, data analytics, due diligence and regulatory compliance.
Duff & Phelps has been present as a professional services firm in the Channel Islands since 2012 and was quickly established as a leading authority advising on regulation and compliance. Its clients include asset managers, corporate service providers, financial institutions, government and publicly owned utilities and the legal sector.
Globally, Duff & Phelps was founded in 1932 and since then the professional services firm has added more than 30 complementary companies to its portfolio, including Kroll. Together all the brands, have supported its growth and today the newly branded Kroll serves more than 5,000 clients, including 48% of the S&P 500, 61% of the Fortune 100; 85% of the Am Law 100 and 75% of the world’s top tier private equity firms.
