Organisers are warning walkers that time is short to benefit from the discounted ‘Early Bird’ registration fee for the Saffery Rotary Walk.
The 20% discounted entrance fee of £32 ends at midnight on 31st January.
The Walk, which takes place this year on Saturday 8th June, is welcoming signups early to encourage walkers to embrace getting out and enjoying the Island’s network of footpaths.
Saffery Trust Director, Lisa Vizia explained: “The benefits of joining the Saffery Rotary Walk go far beyond just improving physical fitness but can play a positive role in mental wellbeing as well, all while getting out and enjoying our wonderful Island. Commit to the challenge today and know that you are making a fundamental difference to yourself, and, through the sponsorship raised, to our wider community.
“Whether you are joining us for another year or are tackling the Walk for the first time, we encourage you to register now to begin your preparations early.”
Walk Chairman, Simon Milsted, said: “The Saffery Rotary Walk is unlike anything else our island has to offer, and is truly a fantastic event to be part of. It also offers an opportunity to showcase our wonderful island. So why not invite friends or family from further afield to travel and join us in June to experience a day to remember.
“There is still time to benefit from our Early Bird discounted fee, so this is the perfect time to take the leap and join us for what is set to be another successful year.”
