D2 Real Estate is delighted to have appointed Alex Titheridge (MRICS) as Managing Director of their Guernsey office.
Phil Dawes, their Managing Director in Jersey, commented: “The investment directors have a combined experience of over 60 years in both the UK and the Channel Islands. This paid dividends in 2019 when D2 Real Estate sold over £60m worth of stock and in 2019 our market share in the investment market rose to over 70%”.
Alex was formerly a Director at Colliers International and worked in the national investment team. He has previous experience of The Channel Islands and sold Trafalgar Court, Guernsey, one of the largest investment transactions to have ever traded and in 2020 he acted for the buyer of St Julian’s Court, Guernsey.
Phil Dawes added: “We are delighted to have recruited Alex. He is extremely well known in the UK and has the added advantage of knowing The Channel Islands really well, having been involved in some of the most high profile transactions across Guernsey and Jersey. Having someone with a broad UK expertise was important given the Channel Islands is part of a wider market and to provide expert advice you need to know what opportunities and returns are available outside the islands. Guernsey is a key area of growth for the company and with Alex joining our team we will consolidate our position as the leading commercial property advisor in The Channel Islands”.
