CSC is strengthening its Jersey leadership team with the promotion of Nigel Crocker, Jemma Cornick, Nemone Harvey, and Ben Le Fondre.

Nigel Crocker (pictured) has been promoted to head of Funds, Jersey. Nigel has more than 30 years of financial services experience spanning funds, banking, investment banking, and corporate trust. He will drive the Fund business’s strategy and growth, leading the team as it continues to deliver best-in-class services across multiple asset classes and structures.

Jemma Cornick

CSC has also announced the promotion of three new directors within its Corporate and Legal Solutions (CLS) business in Jersey:

  • Jemma Cornick, CLS director, Executive Compensation Services
  • Nemone Harvey, CLS director, Executive Compensation Services
  • Ben Le Fondre, CLS director, Real Estate

Jemma Cornick has been promoted to CLS director, Executive Compensation Services, with a focus on aligning the business’s people and strategic initiatives. Jemma has 22 years of experience in the offshore finance industry, specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits. Her leadership will enhance operations and develop talent—all aimed at delivering exceptional client service.

Nemone Harvey

Nemone Harvey has also been promoted to CLS director, Executive Compensation Services. In her new role, Nemone will head up the core Trustee Services Team—one of the largest client-facing teams within the business. She is experienced in resolving trustee and share plan complications, and supporting clients through corporate restructuring including IPOs. Her leadership will focus on strategic alignment across the business.

Ben Le Fondre has been promoted to CLS director, Real Estate, following 20 years of financial services experience including more than a decade in real estate. Ben has extensive knowledge in corporate governance and risk management, which he will use to hone the team’s operational framework.

“We are delighted to welcome Nigel, Jemma, Nemone, and Ben into their new roles,” said Nicola Giraud, country head of Channel Islands, CSC.

“They each bring exceptional leadership and expertise to our mission—delivering best-in-class service to help our clients meet the increasing complexities of today’s regulatory and financial environment.”
