Crestbridge has received further recognition for its private wealth and family office expertise, with the business picking up the award for ‘Independent Trust Company’ at this year’s WealthBriefing European Awards.
The Awards, held on 11 April at The Guildhall in London, showcase ‘best of breed’ providers in the private banking, wealth management and trusted advisor communities and are designed to recognise companies, teams and individuals which the prestigious panel of judges deemed to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during 2018’. Emma Crosby from Sky News presented the awards during a gala black-tie dinner.
The triumph is another milestone in the company’s drive to be recognised as one of the pre-eminent players in the competitive trust and fiduciary space. Commenting on the award win, Heather Tibbo, Director and Group Head of Family Office Services at Crestbridge, said:
“Our Family Office Services business continues to go from strength-to-strength, and this award from Wealthbriefing is another fantastic achievement for our exceptional, multi-jurisdictional team. We are seeing sustained growth across our family office business, with clients continuing to demand specialist expertise, knowledge and capabilities to support their succession planning and wealth management strategies. This latest recognition is a reflection of our ability to meet this demand.”
ClearView Financial Media’s CEO, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, was first to extend his congratulations to all the winners. He said: “The firms who triumphed in these awards are all worthy winners, and I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations. These awards recognise the very best operators in the private client industry, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process – such that the awards truly reflect excellence in wealth management.”
The win maintains a strong start to 2019 for Crestbridge. Earlier this year, the firm was named ‘Jersey Trust Company of the Year’ and runner up in the ‘Family Office’ category at the Citywealth International Finance Centres Awards, whilst Crestbridge was also named ‘Family Office of the Year’ at last year’s Citywealth Magic Circle Awards, and Heather was included in ePrivateClient’s most recent 50 Most Influential List.
