The Family Law Awards is the biggest event of its kind in the UK and Corbett Le Quesne has been shortlisted for the Family Law Firm of the Year: South.
The Family Law Awards celebrate the family lawyers who have made exceptional contributions, the firms who are innovative and community focused and the cases that are ground breaking and transformative.
The shortlists were chosen by a judging panel made up of representatives of the Family Law Bar Association, Resolution, the Association of Lawyers for Children, and CILEx along with Family Law editors and publishing executives.
Advocate Corbett commented: “Being from Jersey and receiving this recognition is truly exciting and something worth shouting about. We are a small team but we work very hard and are all dedicated to helping our clients resolve their family law issues, whatever they may be. We are enormously proud to be shortlisted for this award”.
Covid19 is of course affecting what would be a big celebratory night in London. Instead of travelling over for an award ceremony Corbett le Quesne will be taking part in an innovative virtual awards ceremony.
Advocate Le Quesne said: “Taking part in a virtual awards ceremony is a novelty for us. It will be great to see how it comes together and what we can learn from it.
“We are excited about making a night of it here in Jersey and are interested to see how an online event like this can still bring people together and celebrate everyone’s hard work and achievements”.
