Two Channel Islands’ professionals have joined Condor Ferries’ board as Non-Executive Directors.
Andreas Tauscher in Guernsey and Jersey-based Jennifer Carnegie will bring extensive business and commercial experience locally.
John Napton, Condor’s CEO, said: ‘Andreas and Jennifer are experienced and respected professionals whose extensive expertise will make a significant contribution across the three elements of our business – essential freight, travel for Islanders and the inbound visitor market.
‘With the pandemic now hopefully behind us, we are at a pivotal time as we plan the future for Condor in the Islands. These are extremely welcome and valued appointments to the Board and I look forward to working closely with them both.’
Jennifer has 30 years’ experience in senior roles in the Islands and overseas, notably in learning, development and industrial engineering. She runs Amicus business consultancy, is currently Chair of Jersey Business, President of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of the Channel Islands Cooperative Society.
Andreas is a chartered accountant and an experienced financial services’ former executive, with almost 30 years spent in banking, asset management and working on local government advisory committees.
