Collas Crill has appointed Senior Associate Karen Stachura to join its dispute resolution team in Jersey.
Karen has a broad practice in commercial litigation, insolvency and contentious trust litigation with significant experience in advising and representing clients in litigation proceedings in the Scottish courts, including Scotland’s highest civil court. She has advised on commercial litigation matters involving professional negligence, product liability and construction disputes.
Karen was admitted as a Scottish solicitor in 2000 and as solicitor advocate in 2014. She has just relocated from Scotland where she was a solicitor advocate with a tier 1 firm based in Edinburgh.
