Collas Crill Compliance, a Guernsey-based consultancy business, has expanded its team with the appointment of Keith McAndrew as Compliance Consultant.
Collas Crill Compliance’s services encompass governance, risk and compliance (GRC) to guide clients safely through what is an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
As Consultant Keith (pictured) will conduct independent audits, review and update clients’ regulatory compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements and hold prescribed roles.
This involves identifying and mitigating risks, offering hands-on experience, pragmatic advice and commercial acumen. Keith will also contribute to enhancing the current training offering, allowing him to showcase his experience as a qualified, practical and efficient practitioner.
Keith has worked in the financial services industry in Guernsey for more than eight years and has spent a number of years working in the Enforcement Division at the GFSC.
He joins Collas Crill from a leading offshore fund administrator where he was an Associate Director of its legal, risk and compliance team.
