Collas Crill has appointed Jackie McLaughlin as Senior Regulatory Consultant to expand its compliance and regulatory services in Jersey.
Jackie joins the firm from BDO Advisory where she has worked as Senior Regulatory Consultant for a number of years supporting a range of clients from smaller regulated businesses to larger blue chip companies spanning deposit taking, trust and corporate, fund services, investment business and money service business.
Jackie has strong regulatory and commercial experience in the financial services industry, having previously held the position of Group Chief Compliance Officer at Sanne and Hawksford as well as senior governance risk and compliance role at Zedra. She has gained an in-depth knowledge of Jersey’s regulatory requirements through her work as senior examiner at the JFSC, and is experienced in running major remediation projects.
