Collas Crill’s Property team advised Queen’s Road Medical Practice on its recent acquisition of Grange Road House in Guernsey.
The property occupies a prominent site on The Grange and was originally built as a private residence. It went on to house The Ladies’ College until the 1960s. Over subsequent years, the site was occupied by a number of departments of the States of Guernsey until it was vacated and offered for sale in 2020.
A major programme of works is planned to convert, enhance and alter the property into a state-of-the-art medical centre with pharmacy and separate apartments. Once complete, the facility will serve as the practice’s new base of operations, alongside its existing premises at the Longfrie.
