The Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority has announced that Sarah Price, Chief Operating Officer, has achieved the prestigious Chartered Director qualification from the Institute of Directors.
Sarah (pictured) joined the Authority in October 2014, serving as Company Secretary before her promotion to COO in April 2023. As COO, she has played a central role in steering Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority’s strategic initiatives across competition, ports, postal, and telecommunications sectors.
In attaining Chartered Director status, Sarah has demonstrated exceptional governance standards, leadership acumen, and commitment to board excellence – hallmarks of Institute of Directors’ rigorous professional benchmark.

As Chief Operating Officer, Sarah has been involved in major organisational developments and contributed to critical regulation and compliance programmes. She is also ViceChair of IoD Jersey, reinforcing her dedication to governance excellence locally.
