The first prize in this year’s Channel Islands Christmas Lottery has now risen to £518,000.
It means the top prize has grown by more than £100,000 since the start of last week, and it is set to continue to climb as ticket sales increase, right up to the day of the big draw on 23rd December.
More than 60 other prizes, ranging from £500 to £50,000, will also be up for grabs in the draw.
Jon Taylor, Senior Lottery Officer for States Trading Group, who operate the Lottery in Guernsey, said: “This is great news for a potential winner or winners. It’s also important to remember the CI Lottery games raise £millions for local charities and worthy causes throughout the Channel
Islands.”
The draw will take place in the Central Markets, Jersey on Thursday 23 December, live on ITV Channel TV from 6.00 pm.
