A Channel Islands compliance consultancy has boosted its Guernsey office with three senior appointments.
Redwood Offshore has appointed Charlie Roger as executive director, Jenni Hartley as senior consultant and Lara Le Page as office administrator in its seven-strong team.
The trio bring more than 50 years of industry experience between them.

In his new role, Charlie will focus on business development and strategic growth. He has held senior roles in the Channel Island’s finance sector, including Channel Islands Chief Executive Officer at Ravenscroft Limited and Head of Wealth Management at Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Limited.
With more than a decade in the financial services industry, Jenni Hartley will provide experienced outsourced compliance resource to CI regulated entities as a senior consultant for Redwood Offshore in Guernsey. Jenni spent three years at Ogier Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) as an associate director in investment funds and also worked at Mid Europa Fund Management Limited, serving as chief operating officer, compliance officer and money laundering registered officer.
New officer administrator Lara Le Page will provide operational support to the business. She has worked within the stockbroking and wealth management sector for nearly 20 years. With a wealth of operational and support experience she moves to Redwood Offshore from Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (International) Limited.
