Today marks the launch of the Channel Eye Careers section.
The new section is specifically designed to help recruiters find the best candidates and to help job seekers find their next challenging and interesting role.
We have been very successful working with our clients to help with their recruitment challenges. Our readership and subscribers are business leaders, entrepreneurs and those working in business – meaning we can reach candidates – in particular those who haven’t been actively looking for a new challenge. The natural progression for us was to have a dedicated section focused on careers across the islands.
We talked to both recruiters and job seekers to understand what was important to them and then designed the website from the ‘ground-up’. Our developers have done a great job to produce a good looking and easily searchable website that works well for companies, recruiters and candidates.
Tim Bullock, Channel Eye Managing Director, commented: “I would like to thank our launch partners, Skipton International and Kendrick Rose for their support.
“Channel Eye’s Careers section gives an opportunity for recruitment agencies and businesses across the islands to talk directly to our readership. Out targeted audience and social media presence provides a great opportunity for those looking to fill vacancies to be seen by the right people.”
As well as offering clients the chance to advertise their roles, there is also the opportunity to run featured editorial content which can highlight to potential new employees why their workplace stands out from others.
Unlike other publications, Channel Eye does not collect personal information, so candidates can apply safe in the knowledge that their application is confidential. This is especially useful if people are wanting to apply without alerting their existing workplace.
