CBO Projects has appointed a new senior consultant to build and deliver technology strategies and lead projects and programmes that create meaningful change.
Stuart Low has more than 35 years’ experience as an executive level business change specialist.
Before moving to Guernsey, Stuart delivered change programmes for global banks with budgets up to £130m, positively impacting global communities of up to 250k users. He has built and delivered strategic roadmaps incorporating people, process, and technology change for manufacturing. In finance and motoring he has supported digital transformations to the cloud.
Stuart has also led large global information technology operations teams within finance and telecommunications organisations and has been accountable for the delivery of a £50m. per annum managed service in the UK. Having worked in Europe, USA and Asia, he is passionate about cultural diversity and organisational and people change.

Stuart has international expertise in sports coaching as a former head coach of the USA Under 18 rugby team. He was also head of rugby coaching for the Bedford Blues Academy in the UK. His professional qualifications include an MBA (Project Management), PMI certification, PMP and PMI-ACP (Agile), and a green belt in six sigma. He is also a member of the Association of Coaching.
