Channel Islands business consultancy, CBO Projects, has announced that senior consultant Rudi Le Roux has been promoted to Head of Assurance.
Rudi (pictured) is an experienced Senior Consultant who has spent over 20 years in executive roles within the financial industry. His previous role was a board level Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of a subsidiary of an international private bank, where he led a variety of teams and managed multiple areas, such as banking operations and client service delivery, business change, operational risk management, credit and lending services, onboarding, compliance, IT, operational tax and facilities.
Rudi has an in-depth understanding of risk management and how operational, finance, compliance and risk functions work together to deliver ongoing assurance to committees and boards that an organisation is complying with the relevant policies, laws and regulations. He has developed and implemented Risk Management Frameworks as CRO and for CBO clients, overseen the delivery of compliance and onboarding projects, developed a third-party management framework, and as a qualified accountant, he has been involved in internal and external audits.
