CBO Projects, a Channel Islands business consultancy, has announced that two of their consultants have recently been successful in gaining new qualifications.
The two consultants, Camilla Moore and Lisa Ayres both work predominately within their project services.
Camilla Moore is a Senior Consultant and has been with CBO since 2022. She has a wealth of experience in project management, portfolio management, change management and risk governance across both the public and private sectors.
Camilla passed her APMG Change Management Practitioner certification, a top qualification for in-depth knowledge, skills and practice on organisational change, transition and transformation.
Consultant Lisa Ayres, who joined CBO in 2023, has extensive experience as an environmental engineer, consultant and project manager for a large multi-discipline company, with strong skills in the areas of programme management, and financial and management controls. She has gained an Association for Project Management Project Management Qualification, which includes having to demonstrate great understanding and knowledge of all elements of project management.
CBO Founder and Director Philip Smith said: “At CBO, we are committed to delivering unparalleled quality of service to our clients and continuously enhancing our qualifications and expertise is key contributor to our focus on quality. We’re proud to invest in and celebrate the aspirations and special interests of our staff, which is why we have such a diverse range of successful consultants. Each member of our team is empowered to develop their own pathway to propel them towards their career objectives.
“Camilla and Lisa have shown great dedication to their practice and we know that their expertise is passed onto our clients, bringing unique and exceptional insights. Congratulations to Camilla and Lisa!”
