Carey Olsen has strengthened its dispute resolution team in Jersey with the appointment of senior associate Eleanor Davies.
Eleanor (pictured) advises on all aspects of Jersey commercial and trusts litigation, including complex fraud and unfair prejudice claims as well as acting for beneficiaries and trustees in trust disputes. Eleanor is also experienced in asset recovery, insolvency, and sanctions matters. In 2022, she was ranked in ePrivateClient’s Top 35 Under 35.
Eleanor qualified as an English solicitor in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2021. Prior to joining Carey Olsen, she worked at an independent specialist dispute resolution and litigation law firm on the island.
Marcus Pallot, partner and head of the Jersey dispute resolution and litigation team said: “We are pleased to have Eleanor join the team. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial and trusts litigation will be a great asset to our business and to our clients.”
